- Processing time runs approximately 8 – 10 weeks on plating most items. This time frame is not guaranteed. Please add additional time for shipping.
- Processing time during holiday months may run longer than 8 – 10 weeks. Most holidays have order cut-off dates.
- Production Rush fees simply moves your project ahead of others to help meet your receive by date. This fee is separate from shipping costs.
- Contact us if you want to have your item mounted. For items mounted on wood, the character (color and grain) of the wood will vary from piece to piece.
- Workdays are considered Monday through Friday, excluding weekends and holidays.
- The “clock” to begin plating your keepsake is the day AFTER we receive it (day 1) and ends the day its shipped back to you.
- Allow approximately 5 days for standard UPS Ground delivery.
