I had my dearly departed doggie's toy footballs bronzed. The pieces look gorgeous and will make a beautiful finished, memorial, but the Bronzery didn't quite follow my directions properly for the threaded, mounting studs. I wanted them exactly opposite from the words, "Nerf dog", so the words would be pointed straight out in the mount. The studs should have been mounted 180 degrees to the words, but were instead mounted about 140 degrees. I'm an accomplished wood worker and will be making the wooden display board myself. I can compensate for this, but this makes it a lot harder. The mounting holes I'll drill in the wood will need to be 50 degrees instead of 90, with the addition of wooden, stabilizing wedges. With the angle off, and additional wood added, the threaded studs come up a little shy in terms of length. The larger holes I'll drill from behind, to accommodate the washers and nuts will have to much deeper to reach the studs. The nuts will grip only about 1/4" of wood. Still, I'm happy they were able to bronze these toys for us and again, it will be a stunning, finished memorial.
The Bronzery did a fantastic job preserving a pair of Mickey Mouse ears that my husband and I wore on our wedding day at Walt Disney World! This was a gift to him for our eighth (bronze) anniversary, and The Bronzery NAILED IT! Keep up the great work!

I had my late husband’s cowboy boot bronze and it turned out amazing! I will cherish it forever!
