I had a very large order and the several pairs of shoes arrived with all the correct information and they are so beautiful! They will be a special memory for years to come! The customer service provided was amazing! Each person I spoke with helped ensure that all the information was correct and that I was getting the product that I wanted. They were all very friendly and helpful. I love all my bronze shoe bookends!
I decided to surprise my oldest daughter with a keepsake of a pair of her baby shoes after her ex threw her original ones out. I was a bit scared of letting go of something so precious to me. But, I was so very pleased with the Bronzery company. I got an adorable message when the shoes arrived at the company and another one when they were mailed back. My daughter was so happy and very emotional when she received them. She says they are perfect. I would definitely use the Bronzery again. It was very easy to use the site and the selection was very big. Thank you so much for preserving this very important memory for me and my daughter. What a well respected company!
I could not be happier with the bronzed baby shoes that I ordered from the Bronzery. I chose the bookend style and they look amazing in my daughter's house. She absolutely loves them. This is truly a great gift at any age. The craftsmanship is impeccable and the customer service was above and beyond what I expected.
